As an artist, health enthusiast, soul explorer, and growth junkie, inspiration is essential. I am moved by nature, music, relationships, and the challenging yet cathartic integral inner-work. I am grateful for my ability to always see life through a creative lens and live as a multifaceted artist and person. I received my BA in Fine Arts: Painting & Drawing from the State University of New York at Purchase College in 2015, granting me traditional training as a fine artist. I completed my MA in Art Therapy & Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University-CW Post in 2018, awarding my eligibility as an Art Therapist/ Psychotherapist (ATR-BC, LCAT), and incredible insight into the powerful healing aspects of art and alternative treatment modalities. Currently, I am a Ph.D. student in Psychology; Specializing in Spirituality, Consciousness and Integrative Health at Saybrook University. My chosen educational path has emerged from both passion and my mission to acquire tools and expertise in better understanding divine life, human behavior, and the self. My greatest motivator is my devotion to be of service to the people and environment around me. This has to lead to my use of various platforms such as youtube, artwork, social media and my role as a therapist, fitness, and yoga instructor to expand the reach of my offerings. I became a certified cycling instructor after completion of the SoulCycle training program in 2015 and earned my yoga instructor certification through SHIVAKALI YOGA in 2017. I identify as a full-time artist, student, and teacher; I'm always open for opportunities to learn and grow. As I continue to move deeper into my own practices, I remain committed to encouraging revelation and miracles for all.
